Our Group is comprised of three distinctly individual businesses, operating luxury department stores and boutiques, free-standing branded stores, e-commerce and omni-channel operations. We present the largest and most dynamic portfolio of brands across women’s and men’s fashion, beauty and lifestyle to one of the most significant, high-value luxury customer bases in the region.

Igniting Creativity
We strive to ignite the spirit of our people, our partners and our customers alike, through creativity and imagination, exploration and discovery, self-expression and belonging.
We love what we do. We champion human creativity – from the designer, to our own expression of that work, and to our customer’s claim to that brand or piece as an expression of their own style.
We excite in innovating the physical space, as if it is art gallery and emporium in one, where fashion comes alive through visual wow and human touch and where moments of unexpectedness are as keenly sought out as the familiarity of the person who has been serving you for years. Now, through digital connectedness and convenience we are experimenting new ways to elevate personalisation and experiences enabled by new technologies.

Luxarity
Luxarity is a social initiative that aspires to conscious living through a circular process of Giving, Discovering and Receiving. Through shared learning and community action, Luxarity works to raise awareness of responsible production and consumption, holistic health and wellbeing, and the importance of quality education for sustainable development.
Luxarity provides our Group customers, and others, with a means to give back to the community by helping them donate the designer fashion they no longer need. Rather than being discarded, the clothing is given a new lease of life through Luxarity’s curated annual pop-up which gives grants from the sales of pre-loved fashion to support industry talent to further their education, especially in sustainable design and production; aid institutions in their research and development of recycled materials; and progress the application of blockchain technology to provide transparency of giving.

Creative Collective
We support and mentor new creative talents in our industry. One of our leading initiatives is Lane Crawford’s Created In China platform, launched in 2013, which now hosts a portfolio of 30 brands. Our buyers work with Chinese brand founders and designers on category development, range planning, size and fit, product and price point refinement, among others, to help them understand the requirements of an international retailer. Through our partnership, many brands have extended into new categories with strong collections, and have expanded internationally, including Ms Min, Angel Chen, Comme Moi and Ground Zero.
Lane Crawford’s Global Creative Callout, which launched in 2015, is a series of events inviting emerging designers in Womenswear, Menswear, Beauty and Lifestyle, as well as artistic talent, to present their work to our team and industry specialists for inclusion in our portfolio and collaboration on special projects. Through events in Hong Kong SAR, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Los Angeles and Sydney more than 70 emerging designers have been discovered and 45 projects with visual creatives undertaken. The Callout has now been extended to a digital platform that enables talent to submit their work at any time.
